Our Work
Real installations across Centre and Clearfield County. Every job is different. Here's how we solve them.
Recent Installations
Panel on one side of a finished basement, garage on the other. Fished 70 feet of 6 AWG copper through an existing bulkhead to the unfinished side and up into the garage. No drywall touched, hardwired for the full 48-amp output.
Attached garage with the Homeline panel in the open basement directly below. A straight fish up into the garage wall, no drywall touched, 60-amp circuit in 6 AWG copper, hardwired for the full 48-amp output.
Detached garage, beautiful exposed timber framing, but no finished walls to fish through. Ran clean surface EMT conduit along the header beam over the door, straight to a hardwired Tesla Wall Connector. The new Lexus RZ's native NACS port plugs right in, no adapter needed.
Detached garage with no circuit fit for charging, so the job needed a trench across the yard. The homeowner and his buddies from the gym dug that trench themselves, then I ran the buried conduit and a new 50A feeder from the house on 6-gauge (headroom to go hardwired later), and clean surface EMT inside to a commercial-grade NEMA 14-50. Charging the same day.
Homeowner wanted to use a mobile connector they found online, so we set them up with a NEMA 14-50. Ran about 20 feet of hand-bent EMT from the garage sub-panel, on 6-gauge wire so they can go hardwired later if they want.
Customer wanted the charger on a structural post in the middle of the garage. Pulled a 60A circuit from the Cutler-Hammer panel, ran 35 feet of conduit across the ceiling, then flex down the post to the Emporia.
Customer needed a Wall Connector on the far end of their garage. We routed the 60A circuit through the shared wall, across the attic, and down the other side, clean finish, no exposed conduit.
Customer already had Tesla's Mobile Connector, just needed the right outlet. We ran a 50-amp circuit from the basement panel through the interior wall to the garage.
Panel was on the opposite side of the house against an exterior wall. We ran out the back of the panel, up the exterior, through the attic, and down to the charger. 50-amp circuit, 40-amp charge rate. Clean exterior mount, single visit.
Finished basement, no easy path to the panel. Used an existing water shutoff access door in the ceiling to thread the 60A feeder through to the garage. Three hours, no drywall work, no patching. The Hyundai Ioniq 9's native NACS port plugs straight into a Tesla Wall Connector.
Painted concrete block garage, no drywall to fish through. Ran the 60A circuit in conduit on the surface, one clean vertical drop from the basement panel down to the charger.
